Upstairs are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with tub; the downstairs floor facing the swimming pool consists of an independent suite composed of a double bedroom, lounge with double sofa bed, bathroom with hydromassage shower and a gym with infared sauna and fitness equipment.

Additional rules

After 11.45 pm you must respect the peace and quiet of the neighbours. It is not possible to organize events.

• It is strictly forbidden to use creams and tan oils before using the swimming pool
• If you bring a pet there is an additional charge of 20 Eur per pet per day, except for service animals. Please note that pets are allowed prior authorization of the owner.
• It is necessary to carry out the separate collection according to municipal legislation, otherwise a penalty of 50 Eur for each non-compliant garbage bag will be charged from the security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if the cancellation of the reservation is made at least 30 days before the day of arrival.

50% refund if the reservation is cancelled between 30 and 15 days before the date of arrival.

A 30% deposit will be required at the time of booking, payment is required 30 days before the date of arrival.
